I am a Certified Mortgage Planner here in Arizona. Our team's passion is to help buyers and owners make the right decision about the financing that best fits their particular goals. The mortgage loan must be integrated into our clients overall short and long term financial and debt plan. We will explain the lending process and share options for both conventional and FHA / VA programs. Again, we need to structure your mortgage plan together with your life plan.
