 azz\, featuring St. Louis Park High School music students and the Universit
 y of Minnesota Jazz Band will be the focus of the annual spring arts event 
 sponsored by the St. Louis Park Public Schools Foundation. \n\nThe Universi
 ty Jazz Band will be under the direction of renowned composer/conductor\, D
 ean Sorenson\, and Dr. Lance Strickland\, who led the Park High band and ja
 zz lab until his retirement in 2000\, will be a featured guest.\n\nThe even
 t\, a fundraiser to benefit teacher-led enrichment programs for Park’s K-12
 th grade students\, will be held Wednesday\, March 25\, at 7 p.m. in the hi
 gh school auditorium.  A dessert reception will follow the performance.\n\n
 Tickets are $20 each\, and can be ordered online or by mail.  Information a
