“ Melissa, I flaked on the mani/pedi reschedule. I literally worked thru lunch and it didn't even dawn on me until 3 p.m. Did you go? The weather was still kind of bitter! “ hey thanks for the recommendations! we may check those out. i've been to the tapas place before...years ago. very fun. one of the girls is looking for a little bit of a "scene" for the evening. of course, she's single! they definitely want spanish coffees and shopping during the day, champagne bellinis where we can find them, and I figure some red wine at some point will keep us cozy! it's going to be cold this weekend! ”

“ Thanks, you're sweet. I have to admit I had a some help from a stylist/makeup artist. I'm pretty low maintenance in that regard...especially now that I work from home. My poor hubby--I barely come out of my sweats and ponytail anymore. I can't remember the last time I put lipstick on! Hahaha. Hey, I have a couple of girlfriends coming in this weekend. Any recommendations on where to take them. I think there is a wine bar in Roscoe Village I may take them to tonight. I miss Tiny Lounge! ”
