This is a regular monthly meeting of the BBOE. As usual, a good turnout from our group is needed in order to bring attention to important issues impacting our schools. SOme topics to raise during Q & A:

The November 8th letter from Dr. McGeehan and Ellen O'Connor regarding test scores, and the designation of the Bayonne School District as District in Need of Improvement. What specific actions will be taken to address this issue.

The irregularities of enforcement of the mandatory uniform policy.

Revision to uniform policy regarding outerwear.

Backpack weight - suggest forming a committee to study in cooperation with the BBOE. This an issue where can find common ground as it affects our children's health and well-being
